I really have been inspired lately to get more health aware. To make some healthier choices not just for outside, physical appearance reasons but to FEEL GOOD or at least better. I'm in good health, I'm in decent shape but like everything else I treat my life, I know I can do better. I'm a total fixer and I'm setting my sights on getting healthier.

I am the same way with tunes and workouts. I *need* music. Actually, anyone who saw my iPod would think I was crazy, because most of my music is classic rock but I have all this random pop and hip hop because it has a good beat for working out :D

ReplyDeletei go through spurts where i try to be healthy. and then i always fail. you'll have to tell me all your secrets cuz i need help, woman!

ReplyDelete1) Drink a lot of water,
2) Get PLENTY of sleep,
and...
3) Don't over-eat.
I know, it sounds like "mom" advice, but that's how I lost all of my college souvenir weight ;-) Seriously, being a student did NOT lend itself to #s 2 and 3!
