5 Things I'm Love Love Loving Now

Ok, time to get back into the swing of things around here.

For a quick catch up, here are things that I'm really digging right now.

1. The Fitnessista

I've been so inspired by her site lately. She has such a great energy and vibe and while I may never be as dedicated to health foods as she is I'm being inspired to improve and still be excited about it.

2. The Godiva Dark Chocolate Banana Shake


I know this looks like it contradicts my first fave but its dark chocolate and a banana so it's health. So there. :) It really is amazing.


3. Bravo's Work of Art

My name is Laura and I am a 100% committed, Bravo-addict. I love almost everything that Bravo comes up with (the not digging it list is way shorter then the LOVE list). I'm really loving Work of Art. It brings me back to my days of being an art student in college. The show is getting to the end and I find myself much more interested in watching what happens next (told you I was a Bravo-nerd :) then the Top Chef season right now. My favorites? Abdi and Mark. Not feeling Miles or Jackie.

4. Sanuk Yoga Mat Safari Sandals

I love these shoes. Sanuck has never steered me wrong. It's made out of a yoga mat so how CAN you go wrong? The last pair of Sanuck shoes I had came from my honey and lasted me through 4 years of college and then some. People started associating me and those leopard print (meow!) sandals together.

5. Inception
Saw this movie with my honey a couple weekends ago. Fantastic. I promise not to spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen it yet (GO SEE IT NOW!) but there was a point in the movie when I thought to myself "This is the reason people make movies, to challenge and entertain the audience".

Wonderland Papers on Blue Eyed Bride

I love Blue Eyed Bride 's style. Her Southern charm and grace made it a "must read" in my Google Reader. Check it out!

One Wedding, Two Projects

Things have been so busy for me lately. Things have changed for me personally with my job outside of Wonderland Papers (positive thing, now working full time at my current job) and Wonderland Papers will have some new things happening soon. Can't wait to share!

One thing I can share is a project I've been working on.

I first created a wedding map for Suzanne for her wedding to go with her invitations.



She was so pleased with the results from that map that she decided to do another map, a relationship map to display at the wedding also.

So much fun!

Crazy Days of Summer

Wow, time has been flying and I have so many projects to update on. Here is a peek at some of the projects that I have been working on recently.

An Anniversary Map

My parents recently celebrated their anniversary and I decided that it would be a unique gift for me to create a relationship map for them documenting some of the big parts of their relationship and life together including their kids.






I know that my parents liked it and I couldn't have been happier.

A Cape Cod Wedding

I recently worked on a wedding map for a wedding taking place near Cape Cod. I love learning about the different character and places of interest in the towns that I'm capturing in my illustrations.
