I didn’t grow up wanting to be an artist. I grew up wanting to be a veterinarian. Art was just something that I did. Something that I did a lot of. I drew elaborate pictures in kindergarten, I took art classes outside of school and I won art contests in high school. Art was second nature to me. I wanted to be a veterinarian when I grew up but the math got in the way.
I can't imagine doing anything else with my life now.
I love color, I love being inspired and I love creating magic for my clients. Creating designs that have a special purpose in my clients' lives is what drives me.
Helping my clients to achieve the idea in their head makes me really happy. So does blank white canvas, rainy days, red velvet cake and pajamas.
i wanted to be a vet too, until about high school. my husband wanted to be a vet until 2nd year of college, when he realized how much work it would be, and that he had more environmental interests. i'm glad you found something you like and that you're good at. your artwork is lovely :]
